Patron is the best man. Goes down like nothing and doesn't give you that fucked up stomach or all the other negative effects you'll get from Cuevo.
I use to work at a club and we would go through multiple bottles of the stuff a night.
It's expensive and you don't get much in a bottle of it.
Good stuff Bobber....this thread makes me want to go out and get a shot, to bad most local bars don't carry it.

Cabo Wabo Tequila.
Basically, there is Cabo, and then there is everything else.
You can drink that stuff straight up, all night, and not be hung over the next day. It is pure agave. Not like that mass produced garbage you normally get at a bar.
Try it, you won't drink anything else.

it's goes down so easy I've had a bottle from Mexico for the last 4 years, I don't give it to anybody
NO SHOTS it must be sipped.
Haven't tried anejos yet but it should be even better.

Don Julio Reposado is some mighty fine firewater, also Casta and Herradura, depends on the night.
Tres Gen' is also mighty fine.
All tequila tastes better in Rocky Point after making a big score and getting a tan. Toss in sitting with a fine senorita and that might be the Uber-Shit, if you will.

the ONLY time i every yaked of alcohol was when I took down 2 flask of cuervo....
that ruined the taste of all tequilla for me for life.
the smell makes me gag....go figure....

My faovorite by Far is "Casa Nobles Rapa Sada" Very expensive but worth every penny when your lookin for a clear head the next morning without the payback.

If you never had Patron you never had Tequila. Let me tip you to something...if you store Patron in the freezer and do shots out of the freezer -ice cold patron cannot be beat for smoothness!! IF you know spanish, you know what Patron means - this shit is the Top Shelf Tequila period!! That is more than an opinion it is fact thus:

Cuervo is fuckin disgusting. Sauze blanco is good as far as smoothness goes. Patron is like grey goode there really isn't anything that compares and anyone that says they don'tlike it is just trying to be different than everyone else. Reposado 1800 is really good but not exactly what i would call smooth. My 3 favorites are Sauza Hornitos, Sauzo Blanco, and of course Patron.
