Smoking weed while using AAS

I know in general marijuana doesnt go well with bodybuilding because it causes laziness, lack of focus, loss of motivation etc, and of course smoking anything is unhealthy.

But do you think its okay to smoke occassionally while on??

If you can smoke one or two nights a week when youve come home from the gym or work or whatever and are done for the day, just to chill out and get a little high.

It definatly wont get in the way of your diet if your trying to eat big anyway, but i dunno just wanted to hear what peoples thoughts were on this.
 
I like to smoke before i lift. I focus just fine and the pumps are sick also...It will also help you eat more when bulking...If you got high bloodpressure id say dont do it.

No way i could lift after smoking, makes me feel great but so so lazy, maybe thats cause i live in ireland though, we get awfal quality weed (well hash actually).
 
sHIT, I got to tell you.

Coupe me and my bros in my yard working out. Well 2 of us were. 2 other ones were just hanging out. So they decided they wanted to smoke. NOW i do get EXTREMELY Lazy while high. So i didnt want to SMOKE SMOKE.

Well lets say i ended up benching my max at 240lbs that day. It actually seemed to focus me and i felt i could breathye better.

I have heard that MJ actually does the opposite of cigarettes. cigaretts close your lungs while mj actually opens them and allows for deeper breathing. (not sure how true this is, and if there are any experts on the subject please correct me)

But i have persoanlly expierenced, more pump and lifting power while high. Well i dont make a habit out of it, so i only smoked and worked out 1 time, but i know alot of bros that do it.

Now drunk, another story lol
 
After workouts at night yeah, and it helps keep the appetite up...does make it hard to stick to the diet sometimes but not too bad. I love it cause you feel so relaxed after killing yourself in the gym
 
god i love blazin b4 a workout, doesnt make me lazy at all. i actually smoke b4 i do morning cardio its the only way i can get myself out of bed. as far as dieting goes, as long my food is prepared ahead of time i generally dont have a prob eating clean when stoned. :verygood:
 
Hell ya!

I like to puff on chronic after workouts and eat like a mad man... a treat to myself after busting my balls in the gym.:supercool

i think weed is awsome if you're bulking. you just eat eat eat. im cutting now and it was real hard for me to stop but i think its the best move. much easier to get thru cardio. nothing wrong doing it occasionally though, take some rips for me
