Smoking laws

O.K., I see your point about it being the business owners property. But I still do not agree with you. There has to be laws to protect people from harm. They have a law that only so many people can be in an establishment because of a fire hazard. The government sometimes has to pass laws to protect the people. CIgarette smoke is a killer. They have passed ordinances in many cities against it in private and public places and I hope they continue to do so. What constitutes the open air? If I can breath that fucking smoke, then that is not open air.

You lost your point when you stated "on my property". The restaurant is not YOUR property, but the property of the proprietor, who should be able to decide what his/her business should cater too. And if you and other non-smokers decide to not go to this establishment, you shall affect his/her profit, which is an effective punishment.

And if you are insinuating that people should not be able to smoke out in the open air, then you are supportive of nealry any type of opinion based infringement on individuals.

Establishing your bar/pub as a private club allows you to bypass this law in most states.

All burning tobacco products of any kind

Communicating via cel phone while driving regardless of if it were hands free or not

Women refusing to have sex with me
