i've smoked ED for past 6 years. i smoke before EVERY workout, and after, and after that too...basically i'm a high functioning, munchie controlled, busy, hard working husband/awesome dad, POTHEAD. i train definately better when high. i don't get blasted before training but high. i learned how to control the munchie part no prob. my only complaint is that i do believe it raises estrogen. when i do take random 1 week to 1 month breaks here and there, i notice i am tighter, training and diet the same, so it must be i'm tighter due to less water, i guess from lower estrogen. i will become not a daily smoker soon though...son is getting older and smarter, wife really doesn't care for it too much, and i'm kinda getting bored w/ it, and i basically blow $20 a day it comes down to, i could be leasing a fucking bad ass vehicle for that. the only time i really enjoy it now is right before i workout. i am focused like a mofo. in the beginning, no, but now and for past few years, very focused, it's just me, my i pod and the weights and cardio. PERIOD.
