small lump / hard spot

OK, My first shot was 2 weeks ago and I put 3ml in left cheek ( 500mg susta/425 deca) I was moderately sore pin was 21g X 1. Last week I did 1.5ml in each cheek. Soreness is virtually unnoticeable minus when I am in a stretched position or I push hard on spot. But there is a hard spot about a half dollar. The gear is good so it's not that. SHould I worry or being new and possibly not injectni gdeep enough etc is there a plausible explanation. I got new pins 23g X 1.5 and I expect to do my next shot tomorrow of 3ml ( i guess in glute again)
 
I took my injections today approx 3.25 ml deca/susta mix.. with new pins 23x1.5.. went in nice. I am sore after the shot but I'm assuming at this point soreness is just part of the deal with injections..
 
SO 3 weeks of glute shots ( SELF injects0 finally got new pins and realized. "hey quad shots are much easier" lol.... used a 23x1.5 didn't push who 1.5 in. I hear the AXLG sustaplex is painful but woke up this am wishing i had done legs yesterday to blame the soreness on. OUCH lol.. nothing debilitating but sore. I did 1.75ml of deca in one thigh and 1.65 susta in other and the susta side is sorer. When does one start feeling extreme effects of the gear kicking in? It's been 3 weeks as of yesterday and 4 shots.

Ya quads are sooooooooo much better.
 
quads are pretty sore today and I did the injects on both sides. Seems sorer than glute shots but definately easier to do by myself.
 
I generally use glutes for more than 2ml, if more than 1ml I go with thighs(inner, center, and outer), for 1ml or less I go anywhere: delts, bi, tri traps, calves. Must say tho' the calves really pitch a fit when I use them tho'.
 
On the quads go more to the side of your body not the front, it will hurt less. I did one test p shot in the front of my right quad and another 2 days later in the side of my left one. My right leg hurt 2 days longer than my left even though I shot it 2 days earlier.
