nice, these killed me with 185 and i ditched them...hurt my arms rediculously
 
Damn dude, you strong. I started doing SLDL's with my legs completely straight and I feel it alot more in the hamstrings, but I can barely make it past the top of my shins without rounding the back. How far down can you go?

I can touch the plates to the floor each rep. I'm very flexible for my size, plus I have long arms so it's not too tough for me.

Nope. 735 is. I'm just gradually working back up there, adding a little each week so I don't burn out. 710 was not at all hard.

***Doing these as a back isolation move, since I don't have a rev hyper and I'm too strong for the back extension machine. I know it's a compound move, but I'm just trying to focus as much of the weight on my lower back as possible. Going very slow, very strict etc.

I'm doing singles on incline, but it wasn't to failure so I wouldn't call it a max yet. Just adding 10 lbs or so a week, trying to make progress without burning out the CNS yet.

My best flat is 440.
