Slither's Diet?????where Is It?

About two or three months ago there was a thread about Slither's Diet. I printed it out and now have lost it. I did a search with no success. Does anyone remember this or can give me a link??

I don't remember the exact details. but I'm pretty sure it was standard high protein,mod carb, low fat, 6 meals per day, with carbs reduced later in the day yada yada yada.....
