Slinusers...LOOK!! slin 1-2 days per week...

I'm on a cycle right now, test EQ and dbol. I would like to add slin now as the dbol is kicking and the orthers are too. I've used it before and love it. Anyway, as I on weekends work until late and wokrout in the gym until about 7, then home and get to bed at 11 I do not think it is worth taking as it's very close to the "4 hour" rule. I rather play it safe then.

Now, on every saturday I workout in the morning and have all day on me to eat and so on. Now would adding in slin only once or twice per week do anything for musclegains? I mean it's not like the stuff will be "kicking" in in week 2 or so, but every time I take it It must gimme something right? I thought of 6iu slin once or twice per week with 60g carbs and 50g protein, then 1½ hours later 89g carbs slow GI and 70g protein.
 
I've done something like that. You'll greatly reduce your fat gains from the insulin by using it less, but at least it will help you rapidly recover from the few workouts you use it after. If you do this make certain that your most fatiguing workouts (the one's you deplete your glycogen stores the most on) are done on those days, in order to make the most of your infrequint insulin injections. Just my suggestion.

With my new program I will workout EOD, after the DC program. As I quit in the gym at 7 in the night and get to bed at 11, would one be "safe" using humalinR..?

i get the shakes and hunger 5-6 hours later with humulin-R. so i would not do it. how does it affect YOU past 4 hours? that should answer your question.
 
humulin -r peaks strongly 2-3 times,and is active for more than 4 hours.my suggestion is dont use it.it'll bite you when you dont expect,even after 4-5 hours.humalog is much better choice

exactly like with me. hits me hard 5 hours later. i eat over 1000 cals then.
 
Oki, I've decided to do this then

Whenever I workout on saturdays or sundays I will use it at 6iu. That will be once per week and It must be fore some benefit as more can get "absorbed" by the body this day.
I might start it with my nex workout as I will prioritate my arms on saturdays and then use slin with it.
