Been using this for about a week now and loving it. Taking one cap before meals with 60+ carbs and my one before my post WO shake which is Torrent. If I take a cap and don't eat within the 15 minutes, I notice a headache and a sort of slight tunnel vision or something so I know it's working. I cheated way to much this weekend and I didn't seem to put on a single ounce of fat and I feel like I've really leaned up in the last few days which was suprising. It also keeping me very full which is great. Overall i'm very happy with the product and the price is perfect. Will definitely be buying more bottles from now on Orbit
