Have been taking slin post cycle, with the recommended doses and about 10 minutes after finishing lifting. I want to include cardio now that summer is coming. My schedule would be to lift, then do 20 minutes of cardio, go home (about 10 minutes) and then due slin and post workout drink. So here is my ??. Is the slin benefit lost cause it's now 30 minutes post lifting when slin is injected along with carbs? And how would you modify this to accomodate the slin with cardio?
