Slin effects - how and when to feel them

Hey!

second day with slin today. Everything is in check and so on, I take 10g carbs per iu, shot 6iu today and going for 8 tomorrow with 80g carbs dextro and 50g protein Whey isolate, then one hour later 80g carbs GI 60-70, with about 60g protein mostly from fish. 2½ hours after my shot, that is 1½ after the second meal I eat again, 30g protein and 30g carbs. Then 3 hours later a normal meal, medium carbs(60g) 10g fat and 40g protein. 2 hour later some 80g carbs(slow GI) and 40g protein, 7g fat. and so on.

Anyway, when do you feel the effects of the slin? And how do you feel it?

I'm always like this when it comes to new stuff, maybe it's not working or maybe I'm doing soemthing wrong(using a pen).
 
with humulin-R i "feel" it 5 hours or so post injection. massive insulin hunger....which is fine, i need to be forced to eat. here is what i am doing now:

12iu humulin-R post w/o with 120 grams dextrose w/ creatine (phosphagen HP i got free at work ;)) along with 40 grams whey protein.

2 hrs later, 100 grams maltodextrin and 50 grams longer acting protein like casein etc

2hrs or so after that i get that ungodly insulin hunger and eat like a pig. today it was a quart of chicken low mein and a liter of coke and a whole milk chug w/ a couple of the 3 packs of atkins PB cups. sometimes i eat a bit more healthy....but that hunger is insatiable.

so the only way i feel it is after about 5 hrs like i said, also i "feel" it by the fact i put on weight rather quickly with it when i started it at 8iu and ramped up. gains have tapered...so more food i guess after those three feedings. apparently not eating enough later in the day. and i know i am not eating enough on my off days. correcting that too. hope this helps a little at least.
 
is there any special reson to use malto 2 hours post? I mean instead of a real meal, rice opatmeal etc..?

I have noticed this:

When not doing sin I can eat about 40g protein post workout as a maximum, more than that will give me stomachproblems. If I would eat something like 1 hour after the 40g protein drink I would also get stomach problems.

Now, with slin:

I take 50g protein post workout with dextrosol and no stomach probbs

1 hour exact post this I eat a real meal with about 95-100g carbs from rice and bread with about 35g protein from fish and 20g from Whey/casein. I get zero problem. 1½ hours after that I eat about 20-30g carbs and 40g protein, no pronblems. I have even begun eating eggs and I couldn't gbefore because they gave me problems with my stomach, but not now..hehe...very nnice

Even though I eat a lot of carbs I have actually deacreased fat during these 3 days on. Looking tighter, more vascular and so on. I'm also doing 15-20g creatin and 20-25g glutamnin per day, it might be the glutamin that makes my stomach more calm. My friend have noticed that her body seems to absorb more of the food that she eats, compared to when not using glutamin. Se also has the same stomach probbs as I do, colon irritable.
 
we are similar in our structure of the feedings, just a bit different. i take the 40 grams whey and 120 grams sugar 15 minutes at the most after the slin. about 2hrs later is around the peak for humulin from what i have read, so i am at my p/t job therefore i just bang down a complex carb (if you call malto complex) and longer acting protein (casein etc) drink. otherwise i would eat like you do, i am sure whole foods are better on that second feeding. as for the third, like i said...i try and eat good that go round, but always end up pigging out because the hunger is just too crazy for any plain foods. need sugar and the like. but at least it is whole foods. i also feel i have put on very little fat keeping the carbs close to w/o time. and think....that is almost 400 carbs on those 3 feedings. more carbs many times during the remainder of the day too. i have been getting about 15 grams creatine w/o days only from the phosphagen HP, but have neglected it on off days. i used to take glutamine.....but had stopped back a bit. usually creatine is ok on my stomache in these doses with all this food. but when i have a prob with it, i use effervescent creatine....seems to help my stomache upset issues. but as far as the slin helping with the post w/o regimen....i guess it is shuttling the nutrients out into the system quicker so you don't get stomache upset. only thing i can think of. i also can eat more and not get bloated when using slin post w/o. unless there are other opinions on this.......
