I hear good things about the supplement Oxycalm, but I'm not sure how effective it is as a sleep aid cuz I never tried it.
I smoke every day. Its my #1 sleep aid period. If you search on some of my old threads on the subject you will find out, unfortunately... that I have a fairly strong history of sleep problems.
#1 I smoke every evening.
#2 I take some Xans when I have them
#3 I rotate tylenol PM in there to prevent tolerance from Xans getting too high
#4 I rotate unisom in there
#5 I rotate Nyquill in at times as well, but not too often because of the groggy next morning.
#6 if I can get some Ambien I will rotate that in there...
#7 I was prescribed Sonata but it was not effective
#8 I have a bottle of oxycalm here at the house. I have used it for roughly a week now and in my opinion it is definitely not what I would use as a primary sleep aid.
Basically I use everything above and switch it up every couple of days. Not being able to sleep sucks ass...
