Its saturday morning in New Zealand and I slept in big time today!
Its nearing the end of the first week of my new fitness lifestyle and I didnt set any alarms today. I did a workout last night and was so stuffed that I just slept from 11pm right through till 10:30 this morning. So I didnt have my first meal 'till 11am. Is this bad? Does it throw the whole diet & exercise thang out of kilter? I normally only get about 6hrs a night during the week, and the weekends have always been a treat for sleeping in. Does anyone else do this on the weekends? or do you hardcore bro's get up at 6:30 on saturday and sunday too? what about when yer lady wants to do a workout with you in the morning before getting outa bed etc. .... I feel kinda guilty, what are your thoughts?
