SLEEP PARALYSIS: Anyone else experience this?

It's really weird, i got that this week.

I was in bed sleeping and i woke and see my sister on my computer and the lights on, and then my mom walks in and gives my sister a Christmas card which was from my uncle to me, and she was to place it on my desk. I remember seeing all of this and being aware of all my surroundings, but i feel like it's a dream. I wake up the next morning and see the christmas card on my desk. Then i ask my sister if she was on my computer and she said she was, but didn't know how i knew. I walk up to my mom and told her to thank my uncle, and she wondered how i knew it was from him with the card not being open. Freaky stuff i swear.

That's interesting. My body jerks like an epileptic(sp) in my sleep. I nearly punched a hole in the wall one time.

Yeah I've busted my hand a time or two. Hell my husband almost knocked me out one night.

Yes this happens to me also frrom time to time. It's uncomfortable.

Well, lucid dreaming makes up for it.

Oh, and flying must be the best dream feeling other than sex.

Yes. I use to fly all the time in my dreams. I can also jump all the way to the rafters during a basketball game. I can jump off of high mountains and land safely on the ground. I hope in my next life that I can actually do these things. It would be fun for a while.

Yes,that is probably one of the most awesome experiences one could have.It feels so REAL.Makes you wonder of the possibilities.

It still happens to me sometimes. Sucks ass, I tell ya.
