I've been doing skull crushers with a EZ bar. Think I'd get better results using a straight bar.

JoBu said:Like bignate said...it's really a matter of forearm length that dictates where the bars lowers...so long as you keep your elbows pointed straight up and don'r use any shoulder motion. I see too many people extending the bar behind their head which turns it into more of a pull-over...a compound move of sorts. Isolation is the point of skulls.
