Skinny hardgainer/hard trainer needs advice

Skinny, quick metabolism, 6ft 2in, 11 stone (154 pounds or 69kg) Looking to put on a fair amount of muscle but not anadrol Type gains.
Going to use a high hgh dose I think with lots of protein, food and training. I eat lots already I just don't fill out or put muscle on. Just get strength gains only.
Maybe some anavar... I don't want the heavy sides from hard anabolics. Please can you give me training/diet/supplement advice. Also what do you make of me taking 8iu's a day. Starting of at 2iu's and moving up from there weekly?
I would really Appreciate the help from people who really know. I look forward to the discussion. Many Thanks

8ius a day of growth is a waste. If you got good Growth you never need anymore then 3-5 max.

Invest in more food man. total bodyweight times 20 =total daily cals if you are a hard gainer., Split that into 30/30/40 split. Get on a 5x5 type work out program look it up!!

Truthfully bro, I was in your shoes 3 years ago. I was extremely thin thanks to my parents gynetics. 4 years ago I was 6ft 132 lbs. string bean. January 1st I was 180 lbs. thanks to diet and exercise. Today i am up to 193 lbs. I benefitted from more rest inbetween my workouts. And the 5x5 workout is deadly for our body types. You will put on size and strength. Second you need to feed the machine. I've heard many people say eat like that man you want to become. Get a good after work protein like wheytobuildmuscle( I prefer chocolate fudge) and see how that works out before taking drastic measures. But that's just my opinion, I hope it helps.

When you say your eating alot,,,are you sure your eating enough of the right things? How many calories,,carbs,,protein,,fats are you ingesting daily?

I am not sure the exact amount of everything. Oats and fruit in the morning- chicken rice and veg at 10ish large bowl full - same again at 12 - same again at 3. Training at 6 30 pm. 50g protein shake straight after then a good meal after about another hour. Fruit in between all of these meals. Full all day. Ontop of that a multi vitamin. That's my daily intake. Thank you for the response mate.

Thank you mate, I have also heard just to do compound exercises only? I was going to do hgh after about 4months of hard training and my daily diet listed above.

Thank you, when I get round to it il keep my max amount at 5iu's. Sorry for the basic questions but how do you rate anavar. For what I am tryin to achieve? Thanks
