So here is the story, aboot lets say 4 years ago, not exactly 4 yet, but i'll call it that, i was 18 and 340+ pounds, within 9 months of extreme dieting and working out, i dropped down to 170 pounds, after i figured out that i was neglecting my body of nutrition, i started eating right and working out right, currently i've worked my way back up to a healthy 200 Natural, then i ran a cycle of Beast and hit 230, now i'm Natural again during PCT, however, here is where the problem stands in this sad tale, i look like a deflated balloon, it's not as bad as it used to be, i could actually grab my skin and pull it out about 6 inches or more all over, now it's mainly my chest and stomach/love handles.

it makes me look less muscular then i am, and i'm only 11%

anybody have thoughts on what would help, and i do believe surgery is out of the option indefinitely.
 
You should be in tip top shape before touching anything, alot of members make the mistake i slacking off after the cycle is over,not so! You have to feed that new muscle.
I bet you were in so so condition when you started.
How old are you?
 
I'm 22 now, and yeah i was all natural until just last month, unfortunately, i didn't have a lot of resources handy to me when i started at 18, i didn't know anything about nutrition, supps, or how to actually lift, it's taken 4 years to get where i'm at now. that damn skin is just so aesthetically displeasing that it detracts from my whole physique.
 
Thats because didn't do Proper PCT and your diet sucked! sorry but! thats the way it is.
 
NO NO bro you got my story wrong meng, i was 18 when i weighed so much, dropped all that weight had the extra skin, built my body from 170 to 200 without anything special, then just last month i took beast 30mg spread out with HCGenerate, currently i'm in PCT i'm taking Forged PCT/Unleashed 1 cap each 3 times a day spread out and Forma 5 pumps twice on chest am/pm, and i got bridge sitting in the wings, i had my cycle underway thanks to a thread i posted earlier before starting :D i think you might have commented on it
 
I'm in great shape, i'm far better shape then nearly every single person in my town, my whole concern was the skin, that's the only thing that's going on with me, my diet is ridiculously plain, chicken breasts/turkey/steak/fish/eggs/protein shakes, and tons and tons of brown/white rice, and lettuce that's basically the basis of my diet nearly 5000 calories a day spread between 8-10 meals i'm up for a very long time and sleep for 12 hours ha
 
Indeed, there you go, it's a sad sad thing, i have excess skin is the easiest way to explain it, i lost 160 pounds in 9 months, you can image what ones skin would be like after that. That's why i was asking if there is anything that can help the elasticity of my skin rebound, i have roughly 3 inches to suck up, i've been trying to build muscle up to fill it, which has worked to a point.
 
The best thing you can do for those parts is HIT (hi intensity training) Eventually everything will tighten up!
