skim milk - is this ok while cutting?

im trying to cut up, im already lean but i want more, should i eliminate my skim milk intake, i drink about 3 cups a day, 13grams of sugar per cup is quite a bit, oh and soy milk is not a option here, they don't sell it in my small ass town. or should i keep drinking it and just do more cardio? i do 20 min 3 times a week.

it depends on how many other types of carbs your eating. if your carbs are low, I would keep the skim milk in the diet because of the nutrition factor.
