I'm coming towards the end of this semester's finals and my upper-back is really giving me the shits.
My time is split between work on the computer and hunching over books writing practice papers. There's nothing I can do about that and I have to put up with it for another couple of days.
I got a nice massage from my girlfriend last night, but the relief was only temporary and it started hurting within an hour of hitting the books again this morning. I think I might try a heat pack...
Any good stretches or remedies for my sore upper-back? Between the scapulas it is at its worst...
