Today is day 16 and I can say the strength increase was noticeable !
I curled 6 x 70lb dbells on each arm and my arms are still pumped!
I had a great workout and was sweating while lifting like if I was doing cardio! I did extra sets just because I felt I could and I still finished my work out with my 30 minute cardio and still felt like I could go on!!!
Now I know why these SARMs could become popular in the MMA community.
PS: I started doing 15ms yesterday just to see how it would be different from 25mgs, next week I will use 10mgs daily and see if I still make progress. I was supposed to start the DAA but decided to wait a little longer because I really want to know how well the ostarine works and what are the best dosages.
