I don't think it's site-specific. The only way I know of to spot-reduce body fat is liposuction/sculpting, which seems to be getting more & more popular and less expensive.

Nice. Well I noticed I am losing tons of fat on my tits over the last 3 months now that I eat clean which is not my diet but a lifestyle for me. Yes, I will increase cardio! No excuses there.

No kidding? I wonder if that's a factor in my low bf%... I've been using plenty of vinegar and Tabasco in everything since my kidney stone issues. I've even drunk white vinegar occasionally; mainly to freak out vinegar-hating friends
