Single dudes, do you do it up when you cook?

Do you make elaborate meals or keep it simple? I like simple repetition. Having meals pre-made keeps me from reaching for what tastes good. I usually just brown/drain 2 lbs of ground beef, add spices, black beans then separate it into Tupperware containers with brown/wild rice. Maybe sprinkle some cheddar on it after I reheat it then have some broccoli on the side. When that's gone I repeat the process with chicken tenders. About once a month I make a big pot of chili with a recipe from a board.

Simple meals...hell, I drink protein shakes made with broccoli and spinach. However, i make a kick ass lasagna and it's semi healthy.

For my own meals I keep it simple, for sit down meals that we eat together I whip up something more appealing.

I try to eat pretty spartan by myself so I CAN eat whatever i want when I go out with folks.

Very simple, same shit over and over man.
Low carb wraps, lots of protein, veggies. No sugar of course, lots of nuts.
Chicken wings, steak, and eggs are the main things on the menu.

I am a good cook but for just me I keep it simple..

grill a steak
grill some hamburger
grill some chicken
tuna
sandwhich
corned beef hash
etc

i love to cook.

i can cook any meat (beef buffalo fish chicken duck goose goat dog cat whatever) and will season taht meat with several types of sauce - white creamy with garlic and capers does to worshechshire sauce to tomato to barbecu to lemon and herb - whatever) adn will, depending on need, add or eliminate carbs via carious salads etc

you dont need to be bored if you dont want to be

+1

I cook every sunday for the whole week. All of my meals are ready to go, just pop in the microwave. I just change up the recipes each week so I don't get bored.

i was eating out everyday all the time. I make 5 chicken breasts on one day. put all in fridge. that is my dinner for 5 days of the week. lunch is pre made that mourning before work
