Everybody says they dont want to lose lean mass. It's like they think if they only do cardio for a couple months they are gonna end up at 165LBS and no muscle. It is not that easy to lose muscle.
Get a dose of discipline and willpower, Cut the hell out of your calories take Thermos drink tons of water get off the junk food and snacks, get a reality / gut check about what you are really putting in your mouth daily.

Are you serious? Don't lift? Wow bro I thought that myth died out about 10 years ago. Weight training is much more important than cardio. Training increases your metabolism and will ensure fat loss much better than cardio.
