single cycle fat loss?

Everybody says they dont want to lose lean mass. It's like they think if they only do cardio for a couple months they are gonna end up at 165LBS and no muscle. It is not that easy to lose muscle.

Get a dose of discipline and willpower, Cut the hell out of your calories take Thermos drink tons of water get off the junk food and snacks, get a reality / gut check about what you are really putting in your mouth daily.

Are you serious? Don't lift? Wow bro I thought that myth died out about 10 years ago. Weight training is much more important than cardio. Training increases your metabolism and will ensure fat loss much better than cardio.

no kidding. us big guys need the weights as well as cardio. its the lack of cardio that has got us where we are tho.

you can definately focus more on cardio than weight training tho. do cardio everyday for at least 30 mins. if you are dedicated to losing fat, 30 mins will be a breeze.

I do 45 mins daily. somedays I go for broke and do 90+ mins. those days end up being a bit of a leg workout anyways.

Dont stop weight lifting (as if you would anyways :D), but get as much cardio in as you can. not so much that your legs hurt, but enough that your heart rate is above 120bpm the entire time. HIIT cardio training is fun.. give it a try.

WOW that is a myth lifting is the best for loosing weight remeber that muscle weighs more than BF and for every pound of muscle you put on your body will feed that muscle from fat with a restricted diet than you have muscle burning fat and plus your diet burning fat and cardieo burning fat So do lift and make sure you have a strong cardieo program Also would agee with the waiting to use AAS.. But clen and T-3 is somthing that can help you get their a little faster
 
Lift all you want but diet and cardio must be the priority.
often times a heavy lifting workout will leave you hungry as a horse so you have to control that too.

Thanks for saying all the things I was thinking after that other post. I always knew muscle helped burn more fat. I'm not looking for the quick fix, I'm just looking for a little help. I definetly know that I need more cardio then lifting weights. I only want to put on, about 10-15 pounds of muscle and lose about 40-50 pounds of fat. I know it's not going to happen overnight.

Today I was doing more research, and thought it would be a good idea to do primo, with clenbuteral and cytemel. What do you guys think.
 
no aas.... diet alone will get you the results u r looking for. Im in the exact same boat as you. I have 25-30 lbs to lose MINIMUM before I cycle aas. any higher than 12-15% bf and your aas wont be giving you desired look you are trying to get.

aas requires an abundance of calories. of course you can cut while using aas, but the diet for that must be dialed in with a microscope.

as we have elevated bf from not eating properly for a long period of time, it suggests our diets need work. if your diet is currently dialed in as well as it could be, then you should be seeing all the results you want from that alone. of course this is just my opinion, but I am right where you are man.

save the aas for the prize at the end of the hard work of cutting bf.... really the hard work is just beginning, but by then its a labour of love.

I have all my aas ready for my cycle, but not touching it til Im ready.

at most, if you are dead set on 'using' something...

#1 clen cycle and/or trex
#2 a quick 6-8 week prop cycle. light on bloat and relatively easy to come off of.

for the record Im highly against #2 for you (and me) til bf is down and blood tests come back showing full health. why damage yourself more than your bf is already doing every day at the present.

What do you guys think about taking primo, with clen and cytomel. I hope to start with in the next week. I'm already on my way of losing excess fat. Since last week I lost 8 pounds. I'm looking to drop 10-15 more before I start my cycle.
