single cycle fat loss?

I was considering a new cycle for fat loss and lean muscle. I've only done gear once. It was only equpoise for 9 weeks. I need to lose 40 pounds while adding lean mass. I way 260# with 30 percent body fat. I'm looking to get down to at least 15 percent b/f. I was trying to keep it simple. 1 maybe 2 a/s with clenbuteral. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I've been doing research for a while now, and I'm getting more confused by the day. So far I was considering winny, anavar or masteron. The more I read, I realized that masteron would not work for me, because of my b/f. Winny sounds like a good idea, exept for the efects on the liver. I heard the injectable version was better on the liver. I have no problem injecting.

Bro, don't mean to flame in any way but forget about gear for now w/ 30% BF. Winny, anavar, nor anything else will help you get cut. Go to the diet board, get your diet sorted and get your ass on a cardio routine. Get the fat off first then come back bro.
 
I just started my diet 2 weeks ago. My girlfriend just had a baby and I went from 235 to 260 during her pregnancy. I'm not looking to do gear until I start to drop more weight. I'm just getting prepared.

some of those steroids have fat-burning properties, but they arent going to really aid you in losing or burning fat. the only thing youll really get from aas on a cutting cycle is to help you maintain the muscle you already have while cutting, dieting, and doing cardio. you have a better chance at actually losing fat by using ephedra. and at 30 percent bf, the last thing youd want to think about right now is aas. you should focus on cutting, losing as much fat as possible through diet, high rep high intensity workouts and cardio.
 
There's no way I can do both. Last time when I did equpoise, I was 260 pounds with 32 percent body fat, and I got down to 241 with 25 percent b/f. I know I need to lose body fat first, but when I drop a little more weight, I want to start with something. I know I'm going to take clenbuteral, maybe cytomel and something to keep and hopefully gain lean mass. The equpoise helped, I just wanted to know if there is any thing that might work better. My friend also said tren worked really good, but it is making him feel like he has the flue.
 
Hey bro, stay away from tren. that stuff is advanced. I thought I was ready for it...little did I know.

It sounds like you know how to diet. A good cycle with a clean diet would be Test-E and EQ.
 
At 30% you only need diet and cardio.
if you want to kick it up then use ECA or T-rex.

The pounds will come of pretty quick.
Also, at 30% your blood pressure and overall health might not be the best and adding gear might not be a smart.

you got some good advice here and you should take it.
 
get on the bike and forget about lifting weights man. I see big guys like you in the gym every day with their focus on lifting and I never see them on the bike.

Everybody says they dont want to lose lean mass. It's like they think if they only do cardio for a couple months they are gonna end up at 165LBS and no muscle. It is not that easy to lose muscle.

Get a dose of discipline and willpower, Cut the hell out of your calories take Thermos drink tons of water get off the junk food and snacks, get a reality / gut check about what you are really putting in your mouth daily.

fuck the weights get on the bike and lose the blubber --- I have been there and I know the deal --- I was in denial too bro.

sorry to be so harsh. but if you were 220 you would not look skinny.
