Now wait guys, set some rules. If you guys are 190, I could easily get you over 200 in just a few days by making some recomendations on your diet, but it wouldn't be a gain in muscle mass.
I could weigh 200 tonight if I bloated myself up and had a full stomach. But what's the point? Its just a false number. That's why I'll be weighing myself first thing in the morning after a visit to the toilet, as I always do.
I'm definitely in. I actually just weighed in at 201, but that's at the end of the day in my clothes. I usually weigh myself in boxers after using the bathroom before eating in the morning, which put me at 196.
lets just say, it wont be easy for me. ive never weighed over 200...and i weigh myself in the AM like everyone else. i tend to stay pretty consistent in weight throughout the day as i take many poops.
I'm fluctuating between 192-195 right now....

My body sure doesn't look very pretty at the moment But my chest, delts, back and bis are definitely ALL GROWING
But if I compare myself to earlier this year, when I weighed in at 205 or last oct when I weighed in at 200... I'm definitely in better shape...
