Chest went pretty well as I am just starting to get back into a normal chest routine.

335x2 (was feeling sick all day and could barely keep from puking at this point)

Hammer strength press.

Machine flyes
3x110x8
Not bad considering I almost went home from work because I felt so bad and training partner skipped out on me leaving me to find a worthy spotter.
