Hey,
What are some good sources of protein that are quick and easy to make, good for smaller meals? I need to eat more protein but I don't really know what to eat, apart from the following:
-Eggs. I usually boil a few softly and have them on toast, but I could start drinking them too. (Since I have em on toast I dont have them at night)
-Salmon or tuna. Big cans of salmon are cheap, to make it edible I just mix it with onion/tomato/cucumber. I usually eat this at night... after dinner (I get hungry). Is that OK?
-beef Mince... frying up mince with some sauce, say spaghetti sauce, with a few vegies mixed in sometimes.
And of course chicken and such, but I usually only eat them when theyre in a proper meal..
