"Simple" Deca, Test, Winstrol Question

Please provide advice on what you believe is the best way to combine Deca, Winstrol, and Test Cypionate. Dosages? Cycle length?

Going to keep this post short and sweet.
Goal is to maintain the physique I'm already happy with while slowly adding muscle mass over my lifetime.

I'm 23 and have been cycling on and off for the past 2 years under the care of my doctor. I plan on doing so in a healthy, moderate way for the rest of my life.

My cycles have all been 10-week Test Cypionate only at 500mg/week, except for one short cycle that was 4-week Test Propionate 500mg/week & Anavar 20mg per day.

The Anavar/Test was my best cycle even though it was my shortest.

I'm now considering stacking Deca, Winstrol, and Test Cypionate.

We used to talk years ago; I haven't been active on the boards for a while.
I didn't provide my stats because I'm primarily concerned with hearing other peoples' experience and am trying to keep this thread simple.

But since you asked, here we go:
Height: 5'07"
Weight: 175
BF: 15%-but I'm not big on this measure because it is widely misunderstood. Put it this way, I show top abs now and full abs when I get down around 12% according to my body comp machine.
Training history: 5 years of disciplined lifting. Primarily follow HST because this works well for me.
Age: 23
Diet: High protein-moderate carb-moderate fat. Diet varies according to my goals. On-cycle I aim for 3500 calories per day. Lots of fruit, vegetables, and animal protein.

I have formal university education education in both nutrition and kinesiology.

As mentioned in the original post, I'm simply looking to continue healthy moderate muscle growth for the rest of my life.
 
Discreet user be careful with deca make sure you use the right pct and have enough time off between cycles deca with shut you down hard (speaking from my experience) and shut down is not a good place to be IMO leave the deca out you will get good results from the other two compounds

I've been debating Deca use for a long time. I've never been shut down too bad because I always do proper PCT, use HCG on cycle, and leave plenty of time between cycles.

Not sure what my mean at the mercy of your Dr, but if i was going to use a nandrolone with those compounds you have picked then NNP would be my pick ,the gains are alot leaner and will compliment that winstrol.

Hi RADAR,
What I mean by "at the mercy of the doc" is that he only writes scripts for nandrolone decanoate, winstrol, anavar, and test. Unfortunately, there is no NPP available at my local pharmacies, can only get the long ester nandrolone decanoate.
 
OK so deca it is,i would at least run Forma Stanazol with it to prevent bloat from both compounds,even tho Winstrol helps combat Progesterone its better to have all bases covered.
 
I would just avoid the deca for now then. Save it for a few years down then road.
1-12 Test c 500mg/week
1-6 Anavar 50mg/day
7-12 winstrol 50mg/day (inject, not oral!)
OR
1-8 Test P
1-8 Winstrol (oral or inject)

Just some ideas
 
If money is not an issue and considering your current size... if you really feel you need anything more than 500mg of test a week to make optimal gains, add in a little anavar. 175 lbs at 15% bf with multiple cycles under your belt already I am really starting to question your training methods. Methinks perhaps thou dost spend too much time in the cable station and not enough time under a heavy Olympic bar.

With better training I do not see why a guy your size cannot make great progress on 500mg of test cyp a week by itself. Although prescription var thrown in the mix could be very nice.

Thanks for the input. I completely understand where you're coming from, but everybody is different. To put my stats into perspective, when I started lifting I weighed in at 125lb. To date I've gained 50lb and have reduced body fat.

90% of that weight was gained naturally, and I certainly wasn't going to become any more muscular without AAS. Part of the reason for this is the unfortunate fact that my natural test production is in the 300's. My father's is in the 700's...

Ouch... last time I had mine tested it was 802, over age 30 and as a previous gear user (still have not started back up yet... will soon).

Still I think you could continue to make gains on 500mg of test a week... and if you absolutely feel you need another drug in there I would go with var becuase it can add some quality gains without additional sides. Deca has seperate sides from test that require more juggling to keep in check potentially due to its progesterone action. I even prefer winny to deca having used both in the past. However as previously said I think you still have room to grow on 500-600 mg of test a week. However it all depends on your goals.
