I am off work. I have already picked up the kids and had my dinner. Leaving for the gym in 30 then taking the oldest to TKD lessons.

Awesome. Man I can never do morning cardio. I just can't get pumped up enough like I do in the evening.

I like to do cardio in the evening too but when i do 45 mins of cardio I'm to tired to lift or if I lift I'm to tired to do that much cardio. I am trying that cardio in the morning before eating to see what kind of results I get. Sometimes I go at night too.

Thanks!!! I have new music on my Iphone so I should be pumped to do 45 mins of cardio tonight. I feel guilty from yesterday, but hey it was Mother's Day :) lol! My oldest has seen one of the Bratz movies. Not sure what it is called.
