I need your help, there are a MILLION cold/flu medications from tylenol to advil from CVS to nyquil, WTF should I take?

this is what i have done (btw i'm not working at the moment)
mucinex in the day time, then about 7ish i guzzle a quarter bottle of nyquil and let that pass me out...sleep for a solid ten then repeat.
the sleep for me is what heals me up

I thought nyquil and dayquil where for cold, I see they are multisymptom now, sweet...

@Bino: I can sleep solid 10 thanks to working on the afternoon so I might doze myself off at night to get better soon, I've found taking PM medication and sleeping more helps me too
