Alright guys, i'm buggin out. I havn't been able to workout for the last 5 days and i'm still fuckin sick. How do you guys handle your situation when your out. AAAARGGGHHH!!!! I'm going out of my mind!
Is it gear related or just sickness? in either case i'd say get an assload of Vitamin C, drink 1 and a half+ gallons of water a day and sleep till your better..

Depending on just how sick I am, I will go to the gym and just lift light and make it fairly quick. That is if I get like all congested and stuff. But if you have the flu or something, it's better to take a little time off.
sometimes a little cardio actually helps me feel better. Either way, I'd get in some sort of workout, going without working out will only make you feel worse mentally. It's not the sust flu is it, the sust flu just sucks.
could be sust flu,that doesnt affect me at all(knock on wood) i only got a bit tired for the weekend after my first shot which was on a friday but i just rested and things worked out
