STICK TO THE BASICS

Fist off you need to figure out how many calories you are eating to stay the same weight you are now. Do that by keeping a journel of everything you eat and figure out the caloric value of everything.

Second you need to drop about 500 calories per day to loose approx. 1-2 lbs per week. Loose any faster and you risk loosing muscle.

Third, double your protein and half your carbs. Add an ECA 2x daily if you can.

Eliminate all white flour, sugar and cut your salt intake way down. Eat low on the glycemic index.

Do 20 - 30 min of very high intensity cardio everyday, but not on an empty stomach. Have some food in your stomach.

Keep lifting to build muscle. Dont make the mistake of "high reps, low wieght." If you stick to 10 reps with short 30-60 sec rest periods between sets you will produce a lot of lactic acid which will raise your GH levels. Supplement with L-Glut or Glut peptides.

You should see dramatic results within 6 weeks or so. Save the AAS for when your weight is down.

Good luck

i agree with what will said except for the part about eating before cardio.i disagree i think you should do it on an empty stomach this will force your body to burn stored body fat as fuel, whereas if you eat before, you will burn up the food instead.

My $0.02 worth. Do oxandrin 30-40mg daily for eight weeks..this will prevent muscle catabolism, decrease insulin resistence and raise GH levels. I like a low carb/high protein diet here--obviously you are carb resistent. I also like low-intensity cardio, using weight training three times per week. I do circuit training, 4 sets of 20-25 reps of chest, back, and legs. I used to do strength training with high-intensity cardio and it didn't work--lost some muscle and not a lot of fat. Switched to a cardio workout, and I lost weight and gained some muscle. If you had access to HGH, I would also recommend it as well. Just keep the carbs low and run the ox--you'll do well. Test/antiestrogen also works too.

Give Fina a shot. It's legal to purchase. All you'll need is 2000 - 4000 mg of fina, a kit, and some pins. Then you can go balls to the wall and not have to worry about losing muscle mass. Fina has a great side effect. It makes you STRONG! I love it.

I've found that the surest way to lose weight is to eat constantly. I don't allow myself to ever have an empty stomach, for exercise or any other reason. I went from 20 to 9% bf in just a couple months and I attribute it to eating more often so my body doesn't think it is starving.

Like the good Dr., I think Ox is a fine choice but you have to use large (expensive) doses before it'll work the way you want. Buying a couple bottles of T200 would be a lot cheaper.

Good words from the doc. Try doing low intensity cardio say, walk on tread at an incline after your weight workout for twenty to thirty minutes. This is beneficial because you have burned off most of your glycogen. Also 20 or more min. of walking first thing in the morning before consuming anything but water.

Drop the calories down to 1500-2000 a day mostly protien. Do 30 minutes cardio a day, and do 150mg FINA/TREN every day.
If your doing Fina, you'll still gain plenty of muscle off a low calorie diet. Your body will tranform if you do what I said above for 8 weeks.
