Ok.. depending on what kind of a diet you're doing.. use whatever kind of cream cheese is appropriate (Fat Free, Reduced Fat, or FULL FAT tastes better of course
)
8 oz. deveined shrimp (small salad shrimp, tail off)
-cut shrimp into thirds
8 oz. Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp. Chili Sauce
1.5 Tbsp. Grated White Onion
1/2 tsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. Accent
Cut up the shrimp, then MASH up the ingredients in a bowl, then when it's all mixed throw the shrimp in and MIX well.
For best taste refridgerate a couple hours (although I usually can't wait).
Eat with veggies or crackers! (Toasteds Wheat Crackers are the best with it if you aren't cutting...)
