I'm just wondering how I can get my legs shredded for my contest in 9 weeks. I'm really not sure if its the diet, cardio or as. Here's what I'm going to be doing: 750mg sust/wk, 300mg eq/wk, 30mg dbol ed, 50mg winny ed, 75mg fina ed, 1mg liquidex ed, 1000mg ala ed. I usually train legs once a week doing squats for 8-12 reps, leg press 10-20 reps, leg ext 10-12 reps and leg curls the same. My diet is good so I'm not so worried about that. Help a brother out!
