Shredded forever

there is this guy in my gym, his stats are
weight -185 lbs
height -6ft
b.f-3.9 percent
he is so shredded that it looks painful on a decent looking body.
i dont know how he does it, i really want to know. he remains this way throughout the year and doesnt gain any fat. i myself am 9 percent. And he barely even does cardio. he says its his diet which i seriously doubt. he is on a regular diet not ketogenic or anything and he maintains his strength and muscle mass very well.
is he on some low does of growth hormone throughout the year or is he permanently on t3. please i want to achieve something like that without harming myself.

it can be done w/ diet. plain and simple.

i hate being that low but some people can handle it well.

when im under 7% i get a little cranky, my workouts suffer, etc, etc lots of bad stuff...

so i dont go that low anymore..

Hes on some shit and like a good little gym rat he wont divulge. If you were asked by some random dude at the gym if you were on illegal drugs would you admit? Just assume hes on something and leave it at that.

diet and do cardio forever

how does he keep his muscle and even gain at times without getting a little high?

Probably on growth year round. Regardless, his diet is obviously on point and he must hit cardio 5 or so times a week.

3.9% isn't safe to be at on a normal basis.

guy is probably 5-6% with saran wrap looking skin.

what amount of GH must one take to maintain induce fat loss. is it a better and safer approach than t3 and clen, is it more permanent and long lasting?

it can be done... hard work dedication eat your vitamins and say yoru prayers..

but seriously if i said id give you 1,000,000 dollars if you could stay under 5% for 1 full year do you think you could do it?

well some people are just that motivated or dedicated.

also what you see in the gym is sometimes only 10% of the equation. what someone says in the gym is probably only 1%

people in my gym never see me do cardio. never. Im never on the treadmill or machines or the track or in the pool doing laps ever. They also dont see the huge cooler bag of food I carry w/ me everywhere... I leave it in the car while Im at the gym. They also dont see me jogging at 6am and they dont know that I do hours and hours of training outside the gym.

dont worry about this guy and how he does it.. worry about how you can get the best results for yourself

first off i doubt he is that low. keep in mind the only accurate way to measure bf is to go through an xray type machine DEXA, your friend tests himself using some device and he is so dry that it fools the device (i once ran deca/dbol with no AI and my body fat went up 10% in 2 months, it didn't really of course but because i was retaining so much water it threw the device i was using off) ...

2nd off in this sport if you are gonna try and be like your friend you are gonna dissapoint yourself. we all have such different genetics its ridiculous. some asians lack a gene where they can gain very much muscle for example.. compare someone like an asian guy who lacks a gene to someone with polygamist ancestors from middle Africa. there is no comparison!

for a male athlete body fat from 6-13% is where they should be. 14-17 is fitness (this is why I and others stress to be 15% or less before juicing because that means you are fit enough to juice) 18-24 is considered 'average' and anything over 25 is obese.

just be yourself, this sport is more about excelling and setting goals and meeting them. not trying to be like your friend.
