Great photos and amazing changes. Did you train with anyone or just research on your own? I know an amazing trainer in Colombus who trains women all the time (Adela, DJ Wallis, Jen Hendershott, etc) - all those names. Monica Brant actually stopped by a few times at his training camps...

Mike Davies is his name - I used to train with him until I realized it wasn't the route I wanted to take.

Colombus OH. And yes, DEFINITELY check him out. The guy has a git, no joke. I couldn't believe what he did to me the year I was with him. I decided to take everything I learned and use it as I please.. a lot of the girls there scared the shit out of me because they were so obsessed.

He is truly amazing at what he does. AND.. NO drugs whatsoever. Other than for the men obviously, that want to bodybuild.

Oops! My bad, I meant he has a GIFT. LOL. Forgot the "F." The guy knows his shit like no other and if he has to, he can get ANY woman ready for a competition in record timing. AND do it healthily (well, as healthy as possible with this type of dieting). I loved his camps.. they kicked my ass and I am a toughy when it comes to strength and all that. I was literally dying in his training camps but I LOVED it and he doesn't rip people off, either. He can look at you and within a matter of seconds know EXACTLY what you need to work on. Amazing... I didn't believe it until he trained me.
