I don't do maxes since I ripped my pec 3 years ago. At that time, I had did 425 for 1 rep. Now I do mainly machine and can still do 225x15 on the incline. Lost a little strength there, but not much.

I was training for powerlifting and ripped it on 395 pause bench raw. I had a weak spot there and it didn't hold up.. too bad, I could have been a top bench presser, but I enjoy lifting without pressure now.
