my shoulders have been wacked out for about 7 weeks, i cant barley lift them laterally w/out weight, if i reach for a soda i get agonizing shooting pains..
i been out of the gym for 7 weeks
i cant do chest cause it hurts and shoulders forget it, even whrn i do back workouts my shoulders throb the next day..
what should i do? are there any rehabilitive exorsises i can do
