I did shoulders today.. went something like this
Seated db press 2 sets of warm up 2 working sets of 8-12 reps. 2 working sets of max reps at 5.
Standing millitary press 3 sets of 6-12 reps. 2 sets of 3-5 reps.
FULL side latteral raises superseted with reverse db flys 5 sets 10-15 reps on side laterals and 15-30 on rear delt flys
FULL seated db press with palms facing head. All the way down and all the way up to touch at the top 3 sets 12 reps.
Heavy barbell shrugs 3 sets 6-10 reps
