Standing Military Press - 200 - 3X5*
Seated Raises - 30 - 10X2
Close Grip Bench - 295 - 5X5
Clean And Press - 135 - 5X2
* The exercise begins as a clean and then a press. I brought the barbell down to my upper chest this week as opposed to my chin. There was a difference.
Close grip bench was a battle in the 4th and 5th set. The heavy standing presses took more out of me than I was willing to accept.
The cleans at the end are explosive.
The workout lasted 40 minutes. No cardio. Stretching between sets. Can't wait for legs
