shoulder's swollen and bruised PLEASE HELP

Last Tuesday, I injected 1.5cc of sust into my delt. Today it is still swollen and very bruised. It looks like I have a golf ball lounged into my delt. Felts like shit too. Bros with this experience please help me out!!!! Thanks

Sounds normal to me bro those short acting test will sting and swell like that some times. I used some prop for site injections and I would get red feverish feeling lumps as big as baseballs sometimes and they would last for several days. Thats what I think it is. You could just take some aleve to keep the pain down. I would give it a few more days to see if it improves. has the bruise changed color at all since it showed up? Have you done this before or is the first time in the delt?

Thanks AA, It has turned from a dark blueish bruise(yesterday) to a big yellowish bruise today. I have used test enthate and winny in my delts with no problem. This was the first time I have used sust though. It isn't as painful as it was but it is larger. I couldn't do back or shoulders this week bc of it, luckily I did chest bf the injection.

Yea It doesnt sound like any infection or anything. Something that honestly does help is applying a hot towel to the injection site and massaging it for a few minutes and massaging it throughout the day after your injection. Some people warm the amps before shooting to help ease pain associated with irritation. Good luck bro
