Shoulders in morning chest later in day

Not the best for recovery on ur anterior delts.
I wouldn't make it my standard routine but it won't kill u.

If you want a tiny chest and a weak benchpress it makes sense. Shoulders should be trained after chest or on a separate day.
 
Chest, shoulders, tris, in that order, bigger group to smaller group, same time, same place, all work together in the motions needed to do any of them ! For real ! Duh
