yo guys,

i dont know if its from the pinkies or not...but my fuckin shoulders are killing me during my workouts....so much to wear i end up skipping my shoulder workout very often and just doing traps...

i first thought it was due to my heavy benching but now they start killing me with all of my excersizes...

i know i am sounding like a panzy ...but has anyone experienced this before???

its probably your rotator cuffs .... i suggest 3-4 days off totally just resting up.... u have to let it heal or it wont get better it will just get worse =)

when I'm on i get huge pumps on shoulder day. So much that the pain won't stop. Are you getting pain in your joints or just a burn like no other? If it's the burn, fight through it. If you're hurt, you need to rest and heal.

yeah i believe it is my rotator cuff....the problem is i am in mid cycle...i really cant afford to take 3 or 4 days off..

the pain is a burning pain that remains pretty constant.. I end up having to keep my shoulders elevated in between sets.. thats about the only thing that masks the pain..

hey join the club... my right shoulder just started hurting like a motha. I'm gonna lay off the workouts for a least 3 weeks to heal. I ain't messing around with any injury in that area.

I get the same shit on cycles. I hang on a bar to get the pain to lighten up. I wasn't getting it this cycle until I added re-b. I dropped it almost 2 weeks ago and it's 100% better. I still have a bit of pain on soulder days but it's much better.

My muscles in the shoulders sometime feel like overstretched rubberbands when I get the pains. I get the same thing in my calves sometimes.

A visit to the doctor (ortho, sports medicine) is a good idea. You'll probably need some x-rays and a cortisone shot -- assuming that the r.c. is not the main problem. It may simply be an irritated bursa that needs some extra lubrication, pain relief, etc.

I would take a few days off, you can still work your legs and abs in this time. It will be worth it if your shoulder gets better so you can go back to hard lifting. If a few days off doesn't help, then maybe see a professional.

I HAD shoulder problems too (still do if I'm not careful). Ended up going to the doctor (total of 3 doctors). First gave me pain killers (300 and then 500 mg) and then later gave me a cort shot. He then later sent me to an otho doc. He gave me another cort shot and sent me to phyisical therapy. Ater that he sid if I have more pain to come back. I think he was sharping his knife.

Third Doc. I read about 'prolotherapy' and went to a pain doc. Four shots (total 2 months) and I'm pain free. I still have to be careful with my shoulder but I'm back in the gym after a 1 1/2 year layoff due to pain!

A trainer told me when my shoulders get super sore and I have had rotator cuff surgery go to the machines for my bench and shoulder work it is smoother on them and then go back to the free weights after a couple of workouts with the machines. I do feel guilty and find myself pushing it in other areas.

maybe give this a try...

Calieddy - hey bro check out the search function on a supplement called Nexrutine. There's about 5 threads on it that help describe what it will do for helping to alleviate joint pain. It might be worth a shot....check it out...

TENDONITIS

I thought it was r.c. pain but I have tendonitis, don't play with body just see a doc.
Fighting through shoulder pain cost me three months and 25 pounds.

good luck

You can afford 4 days off brother. You will still grow in that time. Trust me, take the time off and you won't regret it. I get the pain after a cycle usually when water goes away. If you try to work past it, you will have shitty workouts and may blow out your rotator cuff in which case you're seriously fucked and you'll wish you had taken some time off.
