kind of off topic but where did u get that short sleeved hoody from? Iv been lookin for a short sleeved hoody to wear to the gym for a while...

I put up a video on here someone for that exercise. Just a rehab exercise for shoulders.

Those look like they would feel great for my rotary cuffs too. Thanks future! By the way, if you are 268 now, does that mean you were 168 in that picture with you squatting 500 when you were 18? Just wondering because it said you were 100 pounds lighter in that thread.
