Hey bros.......I'm struggling to get the "rounded" look with the shoulders. I do heavy shrugs, 4 sets of 12 to 15 on back day, and on shoulder day I alternate b/t reverse flyes for rear delts and laterals, and I always do dumbell presses. Though I do these I still lack that overall thick look and can't stand the front of my shoulders b/c it's like they sink in.......ya'll know what I mean, like my shoulders are sticking forward in comparison to the upper chest. Anyway, any good thoughts on what I should do to help this out? Thanks to all who reply.
