W wesley90 New member Jun 23, 2004 #1 I am getting glenohumerol reconstruction July 2nd. Any ideas as to what may help...chemically that is...to speed recovery? I know that EQ and Anavar help aid in collagen synthesis, but I dont know if that would be a good idea post-op. Thanks.
