Shoulder Routine

I'll do this one, too.

DB overhead press: 2 sets of 6-8

Lateral raises: 2 sets of 6-8

DB shrugs: 2 sets of 8

Deadlifts: 2 sets of 6-8 (Yes, I do these on shoulder day; it's at the other end of the week from leg day)
 
Here is my workout:
dumbell shoulder press 4 x 10
dumbell laterals 4 x 10
rear delt flyes 4 x 10
upright rows 4 x 10
shrugs 4 x 10
 
1 set to failure OH press [i'm split between using the hammer strength or smith cause the db's jump too much in weight after a certain weight.]
1 set machine side lats with 2-3 drop sets.
rear delt flyes 1 set to failure
1 set higher reps on cable side laterals.
 
Dumbell Shoulder Press (3 sets)
Upright Rows on the Smith (3 sets)
Dumbell Side and Front Raises (3 sets)
Shrugs (to exhaustion)
 
Seated barbell press
Standing dumbell press
Single arm dumbell lateral raises
Dumbell shrugs

I work rear delts on my back day.
 
lateral raises 4x10
arnold's 3X10-8-6
upright rows 3X10-8-6
front raises 3X8
bent over laterals 3X8 supersetted with tube pull

i do shrugs on back day, guess thats just me
 
I do back and shoulders together, kinda a marathon event but no overlap this way.

dumbell shoulder press 3-5 sets 5-8 reps
deadlifts 3 sets 5 reps
side laterals 3 sets 8-10 reps
weighted chins 3 sets 5-8 reps
shrugs 3 sets 8-10 reps
t-bar rows 3 sets 8-10 reps
bent over laterals 3 sets 8-10 reps

I also superset from one exercise to another, ie, shrugs, rest 1 minute, chins, rest 1 minute, back to shrugs.
This routine put over 4 inches on my chest back measurement and almost the same on shoulders while I was still natural
