Shoulder pumps, anyone get them?

Just curious, as I have yet to know what a should pump feels like as I have never experienced one in my year and a half of lifting, anyone else? How bout a leg pump, havent had one of those too!
 
i too, have never felt them. just a nice pump/tightness in my traps :p

shoulders have only been tight.

i have, however, gotten that burning sensation in them. it's nice :)
 
I always feel some serious shoulder pumps when I do behind the neck barbell presses. As for traps, when I do super-heavy shrugs my neck gets tight and feels goood. gotto love pumps. legs too when I do squats, when walking feels very weird.
 
Upright rows give me shoulder pumps but I try to limit it's usage due to obvious problems with the movement...well at least for me

Leg pumps for me = jelly legs
 
My shoulders always get pumped whenever I do any chest work, direct shoulder work and power cleans / hang cleans.
Even bent over rows will give em a pump.
 
Try some static holds if you want to feel a pump. Does it for me, not sure if static holds ready do anything for me except getting a nice pump in my shoulders.
 
shoulder pumps no...shoulder pain (the sharp weirdo good pain) yes... our coaches make us do 4 sets of 12 moving up on everything though, so i dunno if that matters

If you really want a pump (which you don't need...just feels good), try higher reps/more TUT. Just yesterday I did a set of upright rows with 120, one of the few upper body exercises I can push pretty hard at the moment. I think it was 24 reps with that, using a fairly wide grip and pretty strict. Tremendous delt pump, approaching painful!

Do the same thing with deep squats. Try to do your 20 RM for at least 25-30...your legs should be so pumped from that you'll have trouble locking your knees OR sitting down. The nausea should be fun, too :)
 
Try a super set of Dumbell shoulder presses + Lateral raises together I get killer shoulder pumps from them almost so bad my shoulders feel like they r gonna explode!
 
I really went for a pump today in Shlders...took a little heavy weight in incline lateral raises raised about half rep(all I could do) and partner would help me get a full rep.....I got the pump for sure!
