Shoulder problem

About a month ago I had to combine my oly lifting day (when I also do shoulders) with the day I do speed bench, and I (foolishly) ended up doing the following exercises in order:

snatches
push presses
overhead squats
pullups
speed bench
military press

All hard as hell on your shoulders. Right around when I was doing the speed bench, my shoulder started to give me some problems. I may have been letting my lats slip out a little from fatigue... By the end of the day it hurt when I did any sort of movement resembling a front raise, but rear delt raises felt fine, and side raises hurt a little, but less than front raises. For the past month I have had trouble doing any sort of pressing exercise or anything involving my shoulders. It has slowly been getting better, but I could use some advice.
Should I stretch it? should I work through it? rest it?

Thanks in advance

I hurt my shoulder a while back...my chiropractor did Active Release Therapy on my Superspinatus muscle and the surrounding area..it feels great ever since! That and light weights and stretching...and ICE! Make sure to ice. Good luck and I hope it's feeling better soon!

Do some closed-chain exercises (push-ups instead of bench), lighten the load, and when doing front-raises are your palms down? If so, do them with palms facing each other.

hey thanks for your help guys. I have been stretching it out and doing pretty much only bodyweight exercises with it for the past week. It seems to be getting better, but started hurting as I was running sprints the other day...which I thought was strange. I didnt stretch my shoulder at all, but I didnt really feel the need to when running. Guess I know better now.

I have my first training session with my oly lifting coach tomorrow, so I'll let you guys know how my shoulder holds up snatching and whatnot.
