Read, learn it, love it, know it. Dr. Leahy took 10 minutes to fix my shoulder, after two "well-respected" sports doctors told me it need to be scoped.

glad you're still feeling better! i appreciate others like yourself chiming in to tell people to listen to what I'm saying. but there are still so many guys not even willing to give it a chance! i just don't understand why anyone would be willing to take long layoffs, stop doing their favorite exercises, get cortisone injections, struggle through long rehab, or get surgery when most of these problems are SO EASILY SOLVED. ARGH!!!
